At Bloom Steps, therapy is an art within each person’s life journey. We walk together through your struggles, exploring their roots so you can grow and bloom at your own pace. The approach pays attention to both head and heart and flexibly integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy, Focusing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy, under the umbrella of person-centered and mindfulness-based approaches.

walk & talk
Walk-and-talk therapy combines walking with open conversation. It gives space to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. You can choose a therapeutic walk to connect with yourself, or an exploratory one to discover Rotterdam with me.

mindfulness
Gently noticing what you see, hear, smell, taste, touch, and feel … just as it is.
Mindful Cooking
A practice of being present and cultivating a kind relationship with what is inside (thoughts, feelings) and what is outside (the food you are touching, and the person you are with), derived from Zen and Buddhist traditions.
Duration: 2 hours (1 hour mindful cooking with a menu upon request. This can be Thai, Asian, or any other cuisine you would like to explore. / 1 hour mindful eating)

Simply drinking tea, just to drink tea with full presence.
