Walking, for me, is a way to get closely in touch with everything on the streets, including the people I walk with. When I walk with someone, we naturally begin to exchange ideas, life stories, perspectives, often leading to meaningful and deep conversations. This process arises naturally. Nowadays, walk-and-talk therapy is becoming more common because it combines the benefits of body movement with the calming effects of being outdoors. It encourages openness, reduces anxiety, and can feel more natural for those who don’t enjoy formal sessions.
I offer two forms of walk & talk:
One is therapeutic: a way to connect with your own inner world. This is available only for existing clients.
The other is exploratory: a way to experience the soul of the city, Rotterdam. This is open to everyone.

To me, every city has its own soul, just like people do.
